Dollar 能源基金困难补助计划10月1日开放申请
【查尔斯顿讯】10月1日，Dollar Energy Fund 的困难补助计划（Hardship Program）正式开放申请，为无力支付水电燃气账单的西弗吉尼亚州低收入家庭提供一次性补助。据 EIN 新闻专线消息，该计划由公用事业公司与慈善资金共同支持。
符合条件的家庭可通过合作社区机构提交申请，补助直接抵扣欠费账单。Dollar Energy Fund 表示，今年冬季预计申请量将高于往年，已增拨资金应对。
州公用事业委员会提醒，面临断供风险的家庭应尽早申请，同时可咨询分期付款与节能改造项目。

Dollar Energy Fund Hardship Program Opens October 1
[CHARLESTON] The Dollar Energy Fund's Hardship Program opened applications on October 1, offering one-time grants to low-income West Virginia households struggling to pay utility bills, via EIN NewsWire. The program is jointly supported by utility companies and charitable funds.
Eligible families can apply through partner community agencies, with grants applied directly against overdue bills. The Dollar Energy Fund said applications are expected to run above last year's levels this winter and has allocated additional funding.
The state Public Service Commission reminded households at risk of disconnection to apply early and to ask about payment plans and weatherization programs.
