贝尔花园市议会听取A措施住房资金简报 1500多套住房获资助
贝尔花园市议会9月28日听取La Casa与门户城市政府协会关于A措施住房资金的简报。简报称，A措施每年为住房项目筹集约10亿美元，La Casa已资助1500多套住房，并为本分区提供2500万美元的置业路径与租客保护资金。市议会未在会上作出拨款决定，相关申请机会将向符合条件的本地机构开放。
Bell Gardens Council Briefed on Measure A Housing Funds; More Than 1,500 Homes Funded
The Bell Gardens City Council was briefed on September 28 by La Casa and the Gateway Cities Council of Governments on Measure A housing funds. According to the briefing, Measure A generates about $1 billion a year for housing programs, La Casa has funded more than 1,500 homes, and $25 million in homeownership-pathway and renter-protection funding is available to this subregion. The council made no funding decision at the meeting; application opportunities will be open to eligible local organizations.
