布莱斯市禁向21岁以下销售卡痛产品 违规最高罚1000美元
布莱斯市禁止向21岁以下人士销售卡痛产品的法令已经生效。市议会于8月11日批准该禁令，与河滨县2025年10月通过的县级条例一致，禁止向21岁以下人士销售与分销卡痛产品。
卡痛是一种原产东南亚的热带树木，其成分具有类阿片效应，美国食品药品监督管理局未批准任何含相关成分的产品。21岁以上人士持有效证件仍可购买；向21岁以下人士销售者最高可罚1000美元。
Blythe Bans Kratom Sales to People Under 21; Violations Carry Fines Up to $1,000
A Blythe ordinance banning the sale of kratom products to people under 21 has taken effect. The City Council approved the ban on Aug. 11, mirroring a Riverside County ordinance passed in October 2025, prohibiting the sale and distribution of kratom products to those under 21.
Kratom is a tropical tree native to Southeast Asia whose compounds have opioid-like effects, and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration has not approved any products containing them. People over 21 with valid identification may still purchase the products; selling to anyone under 21 carries a fine of up to $1,000.
