RFK 园区总体规划提交市议会 180 英亩河畔地块将迎大改造
特区市长鲍泽已将 RFK 园区总体规划提交市议会，计划把阿纳科斯蒂亚河畔约 180 英亩土地，打造成以新体育场为核心、集住房、就业、娱乐、休闲与绿地于一体的河畔社区。规划形成过程中，市政府收到 3000 多条书面意见，并举行了 30 多场社区沟通活动。市议会定于 9 月 30 日举行听证，年底前表决。
交通方面，都会区交通局认为地铁 Stadium-Armory 站现有运力难以满足赛事日客流，新增出入口、交通广场和巴士快速交通等扩容选项正在研究中。
RFK Campus Master Plan Sent to Council for 180-Acre Riverfront Redevelopment
Mayor Muriel Bowser has transmitted the RFK Campus Master Plan to the D.C. Council, setting a framework to redevelop about 180 acres along the Anacostia River into a riverfront campus anchored by a new stadium, with housing, jobs, entertainment, recreation, and green space. The plan reflects more than 3,000 written comments and over 30 community engagement events. The Council scheduled a hearing on September 30 and aims to vote by the end of the year. On transit, WMATA says the Stadium-Armory station cannot meet event-day demand, and options including an added station entrance and bus rapid transit are under study.
