坦帕与学区迎接步行上学日 37所学校参与
坦帕市、希尔斯伯勒县学区与社区组织Sidewalk Stompers将共同庆祝10月7日的全国步行与骑行上学日。今年全县共有37所学区学校登记参与相关活动。
主会场设在Sulphur Springs K-8学校。该校不提供校车，步行和骑行是许多学生到校的主要方式，因此安全、连贯的人行与骑行路线直接关系到学生能否准时上学。市交通部门与学区官员将到场迎接学生。
Tampa and Hillsborough Schools Mark National Walk to School Day
The City of Tampa, Hillsborough County Schools and the nonprofit Sidewalk Stompers will mark National Walk & Bike to School Day on October 7. A total of 37 district schools across the county have registered to take part this year.
The featured gathering will be at Sulphur Springs K-8. Because that campus does not provide school buses, walking and biking are a major part of how students get to class, making safe and connected routes essential for on-time arrival. City mobility staff and school district officials will greet students arriving on foot and by bike.
