圣路易斯市长斯潘塞推出法案 拟现代化1914年沿用至今的公务员制度

St. Louis Leaders Introduce Bill to Modernise City's 1914-Era Civil Service System
Missouri media reported that St. Louis Mayor Cara Spencer and other city leaders introduced legislation on October 13 to modernise the city's civil service system, which dates to 1914. City officials say the current system still operates under a century-old framework for hiring and personnel management, and the bill would update those rules. The measure has been introduced for consideration by the Board of Aldermen.
