PG&E预告公共安全断电 10月14日晚起湾区及29县约7万户或受影响
据加州媒体报道，太平洋燃气电力公司（PG&E）预告，可能自10月14日星期三晚间起至星期六下午实施公共安全断电，范围涉及29个县约7万户用户，以降低野火风险。阿拉米达县有4700多户住宅在可能断电范围内，多数位于伯克利山地区，加州大学伯克利分校校园也在图示范围内。PG&E表示，断电决定将视风速与湿度等天气条件确定。
PG&E Public Safety Power Shutoff May Affect About 70,000 Customers From Wednesday Evening
California media reported that Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) has warned of a potential Public Safety Power Shutoff from Wednesday evening, October 14, through Saturday afternoon, affecting about 70,000 customers across 29 counties to reduce wildfire risk. More than 4,700 homes in Alameda County are within the possible shutoff map, mostly in the Berkeley Hills, and the UC Berkeley campus is also shown on the map. PG&E said final decisions depend on wind and humidity conditions.
