西雅图市市长公布住房生产工作组成员 要加速建房并稳住现有居民
西雅图市长 Katie B. Wilson 10月8日公布「住房生产工作组」成员名单。该工作组依市长第 2026-04 号行政命令设立，成员包括劳工组织、可负担住房提供者、社区组织和市场化开发商，目标是加快各类住房建设。
市府表示，工作组将与市长办公室、规划与社区发展办公室、住房办公室及建设与检查部门合作，一方面稳定现有可负担住房，另一方面帮助有被迫迁离风险的居民留在社区。市长称，住房是西雅图可负担危机的核心，每个居民都应有基本的生活稳定。（资料来源：西雅图市长办公室）
Seattle Mayor Names Housing Production Task Force to Speed Building and Prevent Displacement
Seattle Mayor Katie B. Wilson on October 8 announced the members of the Housing Production Task Force, created under Executive Order 2026-04 to accelerate housing production across the spectrum.
The task force brings together labor, affordable housing providers, community-driven organizations and market-rate developers. City officials said it will work with the Mayor's Office and housing, planning and inspections departments to stabilize existing affordable housing and help anchor residents at risk of displacement.
