北西雅图 Pinehurst 轻轨站提前近五年开通
Sound Transit 的 Pinehurst 站于 9 月 30 日正式投入运营，位置在东北 130 街与第五大道东北一带，是该机构首座在既有线路上增设的车站。该站原定 2031 年开通，因董事会先后在 2020 年与 2022 年决定提前推进，得以大幅提前完工。
从这里乘车前往大学区不到十分钟，到市中心不到二十分钟，到西雅图-塔科马国际机场约一小时。站内设有上下客区、自行车柜与无障碍接驳，并与金县 Metro 新开的 77 路公交衔接，方便 Bitter Lake、Lake City 与大学区之间的东西向出行。列车每日清晨五时至午夜运行，高峰时段班距数分钟一班。
Pinehurst Light Rail Station Opens Nearly Five Years Early in North Seattle
Sound Transit opened Pinehurst Station on September 30 in North Seattle, its first station added to an already operating line. Located near Northeast 130th Street and Fifth Avenue Northeast, the stop arrived nearly five years ahead of its original 2031 target after agency leaders voted in 2020 and 2022 to move construction forward. Riders can now reach the University District in under ten minutes, downtown in under twenty, and the airport in about an hour. The station includes bike lockers, accessible drop-off space, and a connection to King County Metro's new Route 77, linking Bitter Lake, Lake City, and the U District. Trains run from early morning until midnight, with service every few minutes at peak times.
