圣何塞市消防移动医疗车上路 六个月社区护理试点服务弱势居民
圣何塞消防局10月1日启动为期六个月的社区护理试点，Mobile Care Unit移动医疗车将服务至2027年3月31日。该车由受过专门训练的护理人员随车出勤，不只处理单次急救，而是到居民家中和社区做后续评估，并连接初级医疗、行为健康、物质使用治疗、住房与社会服务。
试点期间，移动医疗车周一至周四上午8时至下午6时运作，初期覆盖市中心及第1、3、8、26、30、34号消防站周边区域，重点服务频繁拨打911者、行为健康或物质使用困扰者及无家可归居民。市府强调所有服务均为自愿参加，居民可随时退出，不影响911急救服务。（资料来源：圣何塞市消防局）
San José Fire Mobile Care Unit Begins Six-Month Community Paramedicine Pilot
The San José Fire Department began a six-month Community Paramedicine Pilot Program on October 1, 2026, with its Mobile Care Unit serving residents through March 31, 2027. Crewed by specially trained paramedics, the unit provides follow-up care in homes and neighborhoods and connects people to primary care, behavioral-health treatment, substance-use treatment, housing and social services.
The unit operates Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., initially serving downtown San José and areas around Fire Stations 1, 3, 8, 26, 30 and 34. It focuses on frequent 9-1-1 callers, people with behavioral-health or substance-use challenges and unhoused residents; participation is voluntary and does not affect access to emergency care.
