圣迭戈市长格洛里亚赴墨西哥城参加双边代表团 推动奥泰梅萨东口岸
据圣迭戈媒体10月13日报道，圣迭戈市长托德·格洛里亚随圣迭戈地区商会第20届年度双边代表团访问墨西哥城，行程至10月14日星期三。代表团此行推动加快建设奥泰梅萨东（Otay II）入境口岸，以缩短边境等候时间，并讨论蒂华纳河污水治理问题。奥泰梅萨东口岸是美墨边境货运与客运的重要规划通道。
San Diego Mayor Gloria in Mexico City for Binational Delegation, Pushing Otay Mesa East Port
San Diego media reported on October 13 that Mayor Todd Gloria is in Mexico City with the San Diego Regional Chamber's 20th Annual Binational Delegation, a trip running through Wednesday, October 14. The delegation is pushing to advance the Otay Mesa East (Otay II) Port of Entry to cut border wait times and is addressing the Tijuana River sewage crisis. The Otay Mesa East crossing is a planned major freight and passenger gateway on the US-Mexico border.
