Salt Lake City's Utah Medical Products Extends $75-a-Share Tender Offer to October 27
Salt Lake City-based Utah Medical Products, Inc. (Nasdaq: UTMD) announced on October 5 that it is extending its tender offer to purchase up to 650,000 shares of its common stock at $75.00 per share. The offer, initially scheduled to expire on October 7, will now expire on October 27. Except for the extended expiration date, all conditions of the offer remain the same. The company said the extension gives all stockholders sufficient time to make their decisions, and allows them to consider UTMD's latest financial results for the third quarter of 2026, scheduled for release on October 22.
