萨克拉门托规划局10月14日晚举行社区会议 讨论2040规划分区修订
据东萨克拉门托社区媒体报道，萨克拉门托市规划局将于10月14日晚6时至7时30分在克鲁尼社区中心（阿尔罕布拉大道601号）举行社区会议，讨论2040总体规划下的分区规则修订方案，内容包括容积率体系、建筑高度与附属住宅单元（ADU）等规定，会议重点涉及东萨克拉门托地区。市政府正就修订方案征求居民意见。
Sacramento Planning Department Holds October 14 Community Meeting on 2040 Plan Zoning Revisions
East Sacramento community media reported that the Sacramento Planning Department will hold a community meeting on October 14 from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at the Clunie Community Center, 601 Alhambra Boulevard, on proposed zoning revisions under the 2040 General Plan, covering the floor-area-ratio system, building heights and accessory dwelling units, with a focus on East Sacramento. The city is gathering resident input on the proposals.
