河滨市征集居民意见：下一任市府经理应具备什么素质
河滨市已启动新任市府经理的遴选工作，并向居民开放线上问卷，征集大家对理想人选的素质与施政优先级的看法。问卷开放至10月23日，市府还将于10月21日晚6点至7点半在河滨市立机场航站楼举行公众论坛，居民可以到场提问并当面表达意见。
市议员罗比拉德（Steve Robillard）表示，选出下一任市府经理是市议会最重要的决定之一，希望新任经理经验丰富、重视透明与问责，并能为居民交出实绩。此前市府经理于6月离职，目前由临时市府经理主持工作。（资料来源：河滨市政府）
Riverside Asks Residents to Help Define Qualities for Next City Manager
The City of Riverside has begun its executive search for a new city manager and opened an online survey asking residents what qualities and priorities the ideal candidate should bring to the job. The survey runs through Oct. 23, and a public forum is set for Oct. 21 from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at the Riverside Municipal Airport terminal, where residents can ask questions and share their views in person.
Councilman Steve Robillard, who is leading the recruitment, said choosing the next city manager is one of the City Council's most important decisions, and that the city needs an experienced leader who values transparency, accountability and results. The previous city manager resigned in June, and an interim city manager is currently leading the organization. (Source: City of Riverside)
