波特兰市议会10月14日辩论市中心分区更新 拟增加住房与办公转住宅
据俄勒冈州媒体报道，波特兰市议会定于10月14日星期三辩论市中心分区更新方案，内容包括增加住房供给、推动办公楼改建住宅、提高高度奖励，以及取消底层住宅限制。市政府资料显示，仅中央东区已有容纳1.5万户以上住房的开发容量。若方案获通过，新规将于2027年3月1日生效。
Portland Council Debates Central City Zoning Update on October 14
Oregon media reported that the Portland City Council is set to debate a Central City zoning update on Wednesday, October 14, covering more housing, office-to-residential reuse, higher height bonuses and removal of ground-floor residential restrictions. City material shows the Central Eastside alone has capacity for more than 15,000 additional homes. If approved, the changes would take effect on March 1, 2027.
