Phoenix City Museum Opens Exhibit With Ten Native American Artists Exploring Identity
The City of Phoenix's S'edav Va'aki Museum opened its new exhibit Indigenous Identities on October 8, 2026, featuring contemporary work by ten Native American artists from across the United States. The show runs through summer 2027.
The museum says the works explore sovereignty, cultural expression in public spaces and connections to ancestral lands. A free speaker series on Thursday evenings will let the artists discuss how culture and lived experience shape their art, with in-person and virtual options. (Source: City of Phoenix)
