马里科帕县就3126张选票提前寄出事件发布声明
马里科帕县选民登记官办公室10月4日发表声明称，承包商Runbeck选举服务公司在未获授权的情况下，于10月1日提前寄出了3126张提前投票选票，比原定的10月7日寄出日期早了六天。登记官办公室表示，选票内容正确、收件人无误。
经与县检察官办公室沟通，这些选票仍然有效，无需作废或重发，选民可正常填妥寄回。在提前投票正式开始前收到的选票将密封存放在安全区域。Runbeck已承认责任并承诺加强管控，办公室称没有选民因此受到不利影响。
Maricopa County Recorder Addresses 3,126 Early Ballots Mailed Ahead of Schedule
The Maricopa County Recorder's Office said on October 4 that its vendor, Runbeck Election Services, mistakenly mailed 3,126 early ballots on October 1, six days ahead of the scheduled October 7 mailing, without authorization. The office confirmed the correct ballots went to the correct voters.
After consulting the County Attorney, the office determined the ballots remain valid and will not be voided or reissued; voters may return them as usual. Ballots received before early voting begins will stay sealed in secure storage. Runbeck accepted responsibility and pledged added controls, and no voters were adversely affected.
