凤凰城五年住房报告：6.9万套提前五年超额完成目标
凤凰城市住房局9月底发布《住房凤凰城计划》五周年报告：全市已新建或保留超过6.9万套住房，提前五年完成原定2030年5万套的目标。其中可负担住房占比从2020年的不足10%升至20%；Edison-Eastlake 社区已有835套混合收入住房完工或在建。住房选择券（Section 8）等候名单七年来首次重新开放申请，紧急住房券实现100%出租。市府称将继续以公私合作与市有土地再开发扩大供给。
Phoenix Housing Five-Year Report: 69,000 Units, Goal Met Five Years Early
The City of Phoenix Housing Department released its five-year report on the Housing Phoenix Plan in late September, announcing that the city has created or preserved more than 69,000 housing units. That surpasses the plan's original goal of 50,000 units by 2030, reached five years ahead of schedule. Affordable homes grew from under ten percent of the total in 2020 to twenty percent today, and 835 mixed-income units are complete or under construction in the Edison-Eastlake neighborhood. The Housing Choice Voucher waitlist reopened for the first time in seven years, and emergency housing vouchers reached full lease-up. City officials credited public-private partnerships, zoning updates, and redevelopment of city-owned land for the pace of progress.
