Philadelphia Election Officials Update Flagged Mail-Ballot List Ahead of Nov. 3 Vote
Philadelphia City Commissioners updated their Nov. 3, 2026 mail-ballot issue list on October 8, flagging ballots with unverifiable identification, undeliverable mail, or potential flaws such as a missing declaration signature or secrecy-envelope problem. The list is updated as voters cure issues or request replacement ballots.
Voters can submit an ID verification form, contact [email protected], call the Board of Elections, or visit a Satellite Election Office. Identification verification must be submitted by November 9, 2026, or the ballot may not be counted. (Source: Philadelphia City Commissioners)
