明尼阿波利斯简化建筑许可流程 加快开发审批
明尼阿波利斯市10月2日宣布调整建筑许可流程，让更多申请能在更短时间内完成审批。市府说，新做法在遵守建筑规范的前提下，减少了不必要的等待环节。
据市经济发展部门介绍，每年将有数百份许可受益，开发商和房主可更快开工。市府强调，提速的同时安全审查标准不会降低。
Minneapolis Streamlines Construction Permit Process
On October 2, Minneapolis announced a change to its construction permit process designed to move more applications through in days rather than weeks. The city says the streamlined steps still comply with applicable building codes.
The economic development department expects hundreds of permits each year to benefit, helping builders and homeowners start work sooner. Officials stressed that faster timelines will not lower safety review standards.
