迈阿密设计区 Snøhetta 大楼破土 健康机构首租入驻
Miami Design District Associates 与 Raycliff Capital 于 10 月 1 日宣布，其由挪威建筑事务所 Snøhetta 设计的办公零售综合大楼正式破土，并公布首批租赁进展。Atria Health and Research Institute 已签约约 55,000 平方英尺，涵盖三至五楼并设独立地面入口，将把会员制预防健康与长寿服务带入设计区。资产管理公司 26North 亦将进驻。开发方称，该项目是设计区持续演进的重要一步，预计将吸引更多聚焦健康、创新与金融的机构落脚。
Snøhetta Building Breaks Ground in Miami Design District
Miami Design District Associates and Raycliff Capital broke ground Oct. 1 on a mixed-use office and retail building designed by Snøhetta, the Oslo and New York-based architecture firm. Atria Health and Research Institute signed about 55,000 square feet across the third, fourth and fifth floors with a private ground-floor entrance as the first confirmed tenant, bringing membership-based preventive health and longevity services to the district. Alternative asset manager 26North will also join the project. Developers call it a key step in the Design District's continued evolution.
