Swire Breaks Ground on Mandarin Oriental Residences in Miami
Swire Properties broke ground on Oct. 1 on The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Miami on Brickell Key, its largest luxury residential development to date and its first branded residential project globally. Designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox, the project includes a 33-story North Tower with a 121-room Mandarin Oriental flagship hotel, 70 private residences and 28 Hotel Collection residences, and a 66-story South Tower with 228 private residences, slated for delivery in 2030. Total presales have surpassed $1.7 billion, with the South Tower about 80 percent sold and the North Tower about 25 percent sold.
