洛杉矶联合学区选定开发商 近600套员工平价住房有望落地
洛杉矶联合学区10月6日宣布，学区董事会已批准选定平价住房开发团队，推进兴建近600套供学区员工租住的潜在平价住房，帮助教师与职员就近安居。
学区是全县最大的土地持有者之一，近年来持续透过员工住房倡议盘活闲置与低利用的校地，此前已在多处校园土地上建成优先租给学区员工的公寓。此次选定的开发项目接下来将进入规划设计与社区沟通阶段。
LAUSD Board Approves Developers for Nearly 600 Potential Workforce Housing Units
Los Angeles Unified announced on October 6 that its Board of Education has approved the selection of affordable housing developers for nearly 600 potential workforce housing units for district employees, a step toward helping teachers and staff live closer to the schools where they work.
As one of the county's largest landowners, the district has been repurposing underused school-owned land for employee housing under its workforce housing initiative, with several apartment projects already built on campus land and leased with priority to district staff. The newly selected developments will now move into planning and community review.
