克拉克县学区宣布，杜安·凯勒中学的玛利亚奇乐队教师米丽娅姆·巴斯克斯入围2027年格莱美音乐教育奖半决赛。她从全美众多提名者中脱颖而出，成为25名半决赛入围者之一，也是内华达州唯一获此殊荣的教育工作者。
该奖项由美国国家录音艺术科学学院与格莱美博物馆联合颁发，旨在表彰对音乐教育作出持久贡献的教师。十名决赛入围者名单将于2026年11月公布，最终获奖者将在格莱美周期间受到表彰。
Las Vegas Mariachi Teacher Named Semifinalist for 2027 Grammy Music Educator Award
The Clark County School District announced that Miriam Vazquez, the mariachi teacher at Duane D. Keller Middle School, has been named a semifinalist for the 2027 Grammy Music Educator Award. She is one of only 25 music educators selected nationwide, and the only one from Nevada.
Presented by the Recording Academy and the Grammy Museum, the award honors teachers who have made a lasting contribution to music education. Ten finalists will be announced in November 2026, with the recipient recognized during Grammy Week.
