Jurupa Valley Caps Mobile Home Rent Increases at 2% a Year, Effective End of Month
The Jurupa Valley City Council has unanimously adopted an ordinance capping annual mobile home park rent increases at 2 percent, with extra charges such as parking and pet fees capped at 1 percent a year; the rule takes effect at the end of the month, and park owners may apply for hardship increases by documenting their returns.
