檀香山威基基地块开始拆除 将改建永久性可负担住房
檀香山市土地管理部门10月6日表示，威基基Ena路436号地块的拆除工作已经展开，为该地块未来改建为永久性可负担住房做准备。
这是市政府利用市中心地块增加住房供给的举措之一。项目后续规划与时间表将陆续公布，市政府也提醒周边居民与商户留意施工期间的交通与噪音安排。

The city's land management department said on October 6 that demolition work is underway at 436 Ena Road in Waikiki, clearing the way for the site's future redevelopment as permanently affordable housing.
