卡尔弗城市政府发布公告：拉法叶特广场公寓公司（Lafayette Place Apartments LLC）拟在 4076-4080 Lafayette Place 兴建一栋六层、共40户的住宅楼，其中包括3户极低收入与3户中等收入可负担单位，案件编号 P2026-0156-SPR-DOBI。

Lafayette Place Apartments LLC has proposed a six-storey, 40-unit residential building at 4076-4080 Lafayette Place in Culver City, including 3 very low-income and 3 moderate-income affordable units (Case No. P2026-0156-SPR-DOBI), the City of Culver City announced.
The Planning Commission hearing is set for Wednesday, Oct. 28 at 7 p.m. in the Mike Balkman Council Chambers at City Hall, 9770 Culver Blvd, with a Zoom option. Written comments are due by 3 p.m. on Oct. 28; the agenda will be posted 72 hours before the hearing, and eComments can be filed through the city's Legistar calendar.
