Claremont Council to Hear In-N-Out Appeal on Oct. 13, With Housing Progress Report on the Same Agenda
The Claremont City Council will hold a de novo public hearing at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 13, on In-N-Out Burger's appeal of the Planning Commission's Aug. 18 denial of site plan review PR 2024-015 and conditional use/design review DR 2025-056 for a proposed restaurant at 750 Auto Center Drive. The same meeting features the Housing Element Annual Progress Report: 799 housing units were permitted between Jan. 1, 2025 and Sep. 30, 2026, including 180 affordable to lower-income households, with 422 lower-income RHNA units still remaining.
