亚特兰大选定开发商 改造1932年历史小学为社区综合体
亚特兰大市政府 9 月 30 日宣布，Atlanta Public Schools（APS）与 Atlanta Urban Development（AUD）选定 Ali-Graceline Development 为前 Lakewood Heights Elementary School 的开发伙伴，地址为 335 Sawtell Ave. SE。教育委员会已于 9 月 1 日批准开发协议与土地租赁，AUD 董事会 9 月 24 日跟进批准，这是 APS 与 AUD 首份联合开发协议。项目将保留并活化 1932 年校舍，规划约 54,721 平方英尺，包括 42,721 平方英尺住宅与 12,000 平方英尺商业空间，位于市府 Neighborhood Reinvestment Initiative 重点社区内。
Atlanta Picks Developer to Rebuild 1932 School as Mixed-Use Hub
The City of Atlanta announced on Sept. 30 that Atlanta Public Schools and Atlanta Urban Development selected Ali-Graceline Development to redevelop the former Lakewood Heights Elementary School at 335 Sawtell Ave. SE. The Board of Education approved the development agreement and ground lease on Sept. 1, followed by AUD Board approval on Sept. 24, marking the first joint APS-AUD agreement. The plan preserves and adaptively reuses the 1932 school building in a 54,721-square-foot project with 42,721 square feet of residential space and 12,000 square feet of commercial space in a Neighborhood Reinvestment Initiative area.
